The Doha Marriott partakes in the end of term celebrations with the Al Noor Blind Society

The Marriott International has a long standing tradition of supporting the cities, towns and neighborhoods around the globe that we call home.
We actively support our communities, building goodwill, fostering understanding, and creating lasting bonds with our neighbors. What inspires us to be a good corporate citizen is the "spirit to serve," a philosophy that we have valued for more than 70 years. This is at the core of so many Marriott activities that our community involvement has been given a special name: "Spirit To Serve Our Communities."
This year is no different; The Doha Marriott associates along with representatives of Nestle were invited to partake in the end of term festivities at the Al Noor Blind Institute on the 29th March 2006. The children were indulged with special gift boxes sponsored by Nestle and the Marriott, Fun was had by all as singing competitions, cartoon characters and dancing competitions was on the menu.
Inaugurated in 1998, the Al Noor Blind Institute works to extend educational services to the blind to help them overstep their disability and prepare them to undertake more socially productive role. The Institute serves students aged from 3 to 21.
