H.E Mattar Al Tayer, Chairman of the Board and Executive Director, RTA said, 'The book is primarily about development, and it reveals the 'secrets' that made the Emirate of Dubai one of the most astounding development phenomena in the world. This comprehensive guide to achieving excellence will be a major source of inspiration for our employees.'

The Roads & Transport Authority (RTA) has distributed to its staff, copies of 'My Vision -Challenges in the Race for Excellence', the new book authored by H.H Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai.
