The Roads & Transport Authority (RTA) has distributed to its staff, copies of 'My Vision -Challenges in the Race for Excellence', the new book authored by H.H Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai.
