The conference will also feature ways to optimize the use and applications of operations such as employment, directing, and professional vocational development.
Mariam Mohamed, eCompetency Manager, Etisalat Academy, said:
'This conference, which will host over 200 delegates from the Government and private sectors in the UAE and GCC states, will focus on the latest assessment and development styles and its key role in raising the productivity of individuals in organizations and corporations.'
An important issue to be discussed at the conference is the use of latest sophisticated systems, applications and examinations to evaluate the professional levels from different organizations. This can then be linked with the employment process and the evaluation of performance in collaboration with the HR department.
The use of the modern applications contributes effectively to reducing costs otherwise borne by Corporations. Applying these advanced tools also contribute to the budgeting and training focus of an organisation.
Discussing the importance of this initiative, Kevin Kerrigan, Regional Manager, SHL Group (UK), said: 'The initiative that Etisalat has taken with the Assessment and Development Centre shows that Etisalat's vision, made reality by the Academy, can develop and bring forward the most modern initiatives. While the region will benefit through the number of international delegates attending, this initiative will also play a key role in supporting the future of Emiratization.'
Dr. Doa'a Fares, General Manager, Etisalat Academy, said: 'Etisalat Academy is proud to offer modern approaches towards developing eCompetency, especially on the professional level. Our expertise enables it to be integrated with different programmes, courses, conferences, seminars, and training sessions that are full of valuable and relevant content.'
