Dubai port expansion

Dubai's Al Hamriyah Port is to undergo a major expansion which will increase its storage and general cargo capacity to meet the growth in domestic and regional trade, according to a statement by the Dubai Ports Authority. Three quays at the port will be expanded, including augmentation of the commercial quay by 2.5 km in two phases.
