The DSES aims to promote businesses that strive for an ever-increasing quality standard in customer service. To qualify for DSES, applicants (brands and outlets) are rated on the basis of multiple service-oriented parameters. For instance, applicants must score above 75 per cent on the mystery shopper's visit to qualify as a member of the scheme.
