Mr. Gilbert Lacroix, vice president and general manager for CA, EMEA Eastern Markets said. "We are confident CA solutions are guaranteed to achieve the objectives set-forth by the Group to align and advance its internal management with its customer services."
Mr. Tony Ghattas, Comium Group Business Development Vice President, expressed confidence that CA solutions will add value to the services offered by the Group, noting Comium's rapid expansion plans in the provision of advanced and tailored Mobile, Wireless Internet and Data Services, with focus on the region.
"Building on our growth potential and forecasted expansion plans in the region, I believe CA solutions will offer the Group the necessary edge to simplify and unify the management of its IT assets & resources in order to detect and address arising situations in the time and manner we require to stay ahead," remarked Ghattas. "CA solutions will also be rolled out to our operations across the regions we are present in. thus creating an enabling solution for providing fully managed telecom services.
As part of the agreement, CA will provide the Comium Group with solutions including: Unicenter NSM, Exchange Agent, ServicePlus ServiceDesk, Spectrum Xsight, and Unicenter DTM.
