The Dubai government has announced the creation of the Dubai Corporation for Government Investment, which will be headed by Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, the Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai. The new body will encourage new investment in the emirate and will have financial and administrative independence, reported Gulf News.
