Newly developed High Definition Toner combined with ProQ2400 Multilevel technology deliver best in class print quality with reduced graininess and greater colour depth, whilst Auto Colour Balance ensures consistent output throughout the life of the product. Additionally, Photo Enhance provides photo-like quality on ordinary office paper alongside other advanced colour options which enable colour matching and colour management for professional results.

Staying true to OKI Printing Solutions' commitment to provide solutions that deliver the best optimisation of productivity and performance, the C5800 and C5900 set the benchmark for A4 colour print speeds with an impressive 26ppm (colour) and 32ppm (mono), making these models the fastest in their class. The new printers also offer class leading media handling capabilities including a paper capacity of up to 930 sheets, a 60,000 page monthly duty cycle, and reliable single pass digital LED print engine so demanding workgroups can print without interruption.

Large capacity consumables including 6,000 pages (at 5% coverage) black toner cartridges and 5,000 pages (at 5% coverage) colour toner cartridges keep user intervention and running costs to a minimum.

To empower users to do more with their printer, the C5800 and C5900 not only offer enhanced media handling capabilities but in-the-box assistance too. Template Manager 2006 software empowers users to professionally design and print on a range of non-standard media - and to do so with ease by automatically managing the printer settings. Users can create their own professional business documents in-house from business cards, to CD labels, address labels and banners up to 1.2 meters, utilising paperweights up to 203gsm.

Additionally, Web Print, a new Windows utility, automatically scales web pages to fit the width of standard paper, avoiding information being cut off and reducing frustration and paper wastage when printing web pages. Finally, 'Ask OKI' provides online hints and tips, and product specific information to help users get the most out of their product.
