South Pars progress

An official from Petropars has announced that initial operations in phases six, seven and eight of the South Pars Gas Field will commence this summer, reported the Tehran Times. The project has so far cost around $1bn and is now about 92% complete; around 14,000 jobs have been created since the project got off the ground. The field is expected to produce sour gas and liquid gas.
