Jordan churches, Da Vinci ban

The head of the Jordanian Council of Churches yesterday called for the film, The Da Vinci Code, to be banned from Jordanian cinemas, according to the state news agency Petra. The council's secretary general, Archbishop Hanna Nour, stated that the film harms the image of Christ. The book of the same title is already banned in Jordan.
