Esca warns on disclosures

General joint stock companies which have yet to reveal their Q1 financial data have been fined by the Emirates Securities and Commodities Authority and told to provide the statistics within 15 days. Esca took the step yesterday as all joint stock companies listed on the UAE's stock markets must provide them with quarterly financial data according to their regulations.
