Kuwait's Teshkeel Comics has revealed the identity of the world's first superheroes based on Islamic culture, reported Campaign Middle East. The comic books, called The 99, as the concept is based on the 99 attributes of God in Islam, will have English and Arabic editions and will be available from June. The Middle East is represented by Noora the Light, from the UAE, and Jabbar the Powerful, from Saudi Arabia.
