The Business Traveller Middle East Awards are the benchmark for excellence in the region's travel and hospitality industry. Held annually, the awards are determined by survey results with no outside sponsorship or influence, making it the most respected passenger survey of its kind in the region.
His Highness Sheikh Ahmed bin Saeed Al-Maktoum, Chairman and Chief Executive, Emirates Airline and Group said:

Emirates has been voted 'Best Airline Overall serving the Middle East' for another consecutive year, indicating that business travellers are seeing consistency in the airline's superior product and service during their Middle East travels.
Emirates today serves the Middle East region with 145 weekly flights to 12 cities, offering approximately 4.5 million seats. Responding to the needs of business travellers for increased connectivity, the airline recently unveiled plans to fortify its presence in the region with scheduled enhancements to its services in Kuwait, Jordan and Saudi Arabia.
