An initiative of Department of Economic Development, DSES is a part of an on-going effort to raise the customer service standards in Dubai.

Having successfully gained the membership to the scheme, the Eros Group will be permitted to display scheme logo on their premises and stationary. This shall assure customers to expect excellent, ethical, and fair service from the professionally managed and customer friendly company. The scheme is designed to differentiate businesses through a reputation of service excellence based on customer-focused and quality driven culture. This is underpinned by a commitment to the highest ethical behavior coupled with providing and supporting products and services of value and integrity.
