Vertu now available in Saudi Arabia

Vertu, the world's first luxury communications company, has opened its first point of sale in The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia bringing its highly crafted mobile phones to the market place.

The launch in Saudi Arabia follows a succession of recent openings for the brand across the Middle East including Bahrain and Qatar.

The new point of sale is located in the Tanagra store in the heart of Jeddah. Vertu anticipates big success for the brand in Saudi Arabia and hopes to further expand its presence in the kingdom in the future.

The Vertu concession store will offer a complete range of products including the globally acclaimed Signature and Ascent collections. The Signature Diamond Collection will also be available on demand at the store demonstrating Vertu's commitment to craftsmanship and meticulous attention to detail.

Vertu Signature is a timeless handcrafted mobile phone that is sure to become a classic. In designing it, great care was taken to ensure that not only would it look magnificent but also appeal to the rest of the senses. Vertu Signature comprises over 400 parts and is available in stainless steel, 18-carat white gold, 18-carat yellow gold and platinum. The highly esteemed company currently owns 74 patents.

The Vertu Ascent keypad alone contains over 150 different parts including the stainless steel keys, each of which sit on two jewelled bearings that are tested to over two million presses. Vertu Ascent is available in black, brown, beige, red, yellow and blue with Special Edition Ascent Pink and White also being available.

High quality substances are used in the production of the Vertu Ascent Collections including a scratch-resistant sapphire crystal face, ultra-strong highly polished ceramic, fine leather and jewelled bearings that are fitted under each key, giving a reassuring click each time the key is pressed and providing it with a longer life span.

Vertu also offers its clients a unique service, designed specifically for Vertu's owners who by pressing the discretely positioned Concierge key on their phones will gain access to a dedicated team of lifestyle managers, capable of helping them get the most out of their valuable free time.
