This is the right platform for us to highlight our major projects and plans that are aimed at enhancing the transport infrastructure in Dubai and to complement our vision of providing safe and smooth transport for all. As the emirate is one of the fastest growing cities in the world, a well-integrated transport network plays a crucial role in sustaining this growth and development.'

'Such forums lead to the formation of new joint ventures and businesses, as the event presents numerous networking opportunities for representatives from both countries. The tourism industry has been a major contributor to the growth of UAE's economy, and there has been a constant increase in the number of German tourists to the UAE,' he added.

The Emirates-Germany Economic Partnership Forum 2006, which is spread across 2800 sq meters, will witness many workshops and seminars which focus on all sectors that generate economy, especially tourism.
