Qatar has frozen future projects using natural gas from the North Field, reportedly so that Qatar Petroleum can conduct field tests on reserves, according to The Peninsula. Qatar has a number of gas-related projects currently running, requiring huge resources and manpower, including 27 engineering, procurement and construction contracts at Ras Laffan Industrial City
