  • United Arab Emirates: Wednesday, May 10 - 2006 at 13:26
  • PRESS RELEASE

His Highness Sheikh Ammar bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, Crown Prince of Ajman, has signed a strategic partnership with Oxford Business Group (OBG), the UK-based publishing, research and consultancy services company and the name behind the authoritative business annuals, to produce the first comprehensive English language economic and social review of the emirate.

"The aim of the new authoritative publication is to provide interested investors with accurate and comprehensive information on Ajman's social and macro-economic environment," said His Highness Sheikh Ammar.

"It will also highlight current investment opportunities in the emirate as well as outline our development strategy."

'Emerging Ajman 2006' will be launched in the last quarter of this year and will also include trends in all its developing sectors.

"Ajman's central location, just to the north of Sharjah, means that it has access to just about any point in the country and could provide attractive housing and office space," said Sonja Gehlsen, Country Director, Oxford Business Group.

"It also has excellent possibilities for industrial and tourism development with its beautiful coastline. We will explore these points in more detail and will be working very closely with the Ajman Government."
