Catch the football fever at Jacky's this summer

In the run-up to the 2006 FIFA World Cup and for the duration of the tournament, people shopping at Jacky's outlets in Dubai and Sharjah could find themselves receiving a 32-inch LCD TV from Samsung.

From May 10 to July 7 this year, shoppers at Jacky's spending a certain amount on appliances, LCD and plasma TVs, cameras, mobile phones and MP3 players, or any other product, will get a chance to be entered into a draw to win one of eight 32-inch Samsung LCD TVs that are being given away over two months. In addition, shoppers entered into the draw have the chance to win an iPod in eight weekly draws; 15 iPods will be given away each week.

American Express cardholders have an edge in the Jacky's summer campaign as payments made using their card gains them an additional entry into the prize draw.

"As the weather heats up in Dubai and football fever hits the town, we thought that it would be good idea to gift some of our shoppers top quality TVs to watch the games. At Jacky's our goal is to ensure that our shoppers enjoy the retail experience; we do this through the variety and quality of the brands we offer, and a high level of service, which includes being able to provide our customers good information on the product range available to them, and product features," said Ashish Panjabi, Chief Operating Officer, Jacky's Electronics.

To participate in Jacky's summer campaign, purchases can be made at Jacky's outlets on Airport Road and in Nasr Square, Deira City Center, Jumeirah Beach, Ibn Battuta (Andalusia Court), Sahara Center, Century Mall, Safeer Mall and Mall of the Emirates (Magic Planet).
