Julphur gets capital increase

Gulf Pharmaceutical Industries will increase capital to $272m through a rights issue of 537.6m shares, after getting approval from shareholders, according to Gulf News. Shares will be offered at Dhs1.75 each. Board Chairman Sheikh Faisal bin Saqr Al Qasimi said the funds will be used to set up new investments.
