The forum attracted key organizations in the region such as Saudi ARAMCO, BAPCO, EQUATE, BECHTEL, PARSONS, McDermott, Sorouh, MACE, ASTECO, ACMIT, DOLPHIN, ADGAS, GASCO, Roads and Highway Authority of UAE, Nakheel, Al Ain Municipality, TABREED, and Habtoor Engineering.

The forum showcased future releases in project management software, and presentations by Primavera Systems users. This provided a significant opportunity of sharing interesting and valuable information between the presenters and the delegates.
The presentations on Primavera Solutions were by the company's regional executives who came to Dubai specifically for this event. Presentations from Primavera users were by executives from the following organizations MACE, EQUATE, and SensoryNet.
