"Siju brings with him a wealth of F&B experience obtained from working with prestigious hotel brands both regionally and internationally. We are delighted to have him as part of the team that aims to make Kempinski Hotel Mall of the Emirates the leading leisure and hospitality destination in the region," said Michael Henssler, General Manager.
One of Siju's career highlights came when he successfully managed the USD1.4 million upscale lounge at the Four Seasons Hotel in Austin, Texas which was popular among the city's elite. At one point, the lounge was used as a meeting room by then Gov. Bush in his first shot at the presidency.
Siju graduated with a degree in Hotel Management from the University of Nevada in Las Vegas and has since pursued a successful career in Food and Beverage management in North America and the Middle East.
Commenting on his appointment, Siju said,
"I am delighted to be a part of the opening team that will introduce the Kempinski Hotel Mall of the Emirates to local and international guests. I love the challenge of working for a great brand such as Kempinski, which is known worldwide for its luxury and service quality."
