DED distributes "My Vision....Challenges in the Race to Excellence" to its employees

The Dubai Department of Economic Development (DED) announced the distribution of more than 200 copies of the new book by HH Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, UAE Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai titled "My Vision......Challenges in the Race to Excellence" to its employees

As part of implementing Sheikh Mohammed's vision on development which is based on achieving excellence and positioning the UAE and Dubai as an international economic hub.

Mohamed Ali Alabbar, Director General of DED, said:
"Investing in human capital is a priority for the Government of Dubai and its departments. This initiative comes as part of DED's continuing effort to develop its employees and make use of Sheikh Mohammed's experience to raise the level of individual performance in the department."


Mr. Alabbar added: "The DED employees were very enthusiastic to receive the book which proves their commitment to develop and improve the level of performance, and raise the standards of service provided to DED customers. We were very pleased to see this positive response as it helps DED to continuously improve and develop."

About Department of Economic Development (DED):
The Department of Economic Development (DED) was established in March 1992, with the objective to organise, regulate and boost trade and industry within the Emirate of Dubai.
