Irish investors show strong interest in Dubai Properties' Business Bay

Irish investors showed strong interest in Dubai Properties' next generation commercial hub, Business Bay, at a road show which took place in Dublin recently.

Dubai Properties invited a group of business affiliates in Dublin, for a presentation which highlighted Business Bay as a niche project that is being developed as the region's business capital. Equipped with world-class infrastructure and high-tech, modern facilities, Business Bay will be home to regional and international corporations.

"Business Bay is extremely popular with investors for a variety of reasons. Easy access to world markets, flexible rules and regulations, as well as a keen understanding of what international businesses require are just some of the key elements that have been behind the success of Business Bay among global investors,"

said Hashim Al Dabal, CEO of Dubai Properties.

A city within a city, Business Bay is a freehold commercial, residential and business cluster that extends the famous Dubai Creek from Ras Al Khor to Sheikh Zayed Road.
