Air Arabia's CEO Adel Ali said,
"Jaipur is a unique destination with great potential for tourism and customers across this region can now experience a new holiday destination at great value fares. We would like to thank the Indian Government and Civil Aviation Authorities for their support and cooperation of our expansion into India and hope to add more destinations in India to offer more travel opportunities between our two countries."
Rajasthan offers a wealth of holiday experiences from rare wildlife sanctuaries to spectacular architecture, traditional festivals and a wealth of shopping. Experience the regal way of life in the heritage hotels of Rajasthan, converted from palaces of erstwhile Maharajas across this colourful Indian state, each reflecting their own exceptional history and tradition.
Speaking at the launch, Air Arabia's Head of Sales AK Nizar added, "Air Arabia is the first International airline to fly to Jaipur from the Middle East. We look forward to giving the opportunity to people living in and around Jaipur to fly to the Middle East."
Air Arabia has commenced daily flights to Jaipur departing Sharjah at 22:55, to arrive in Jaipur at 03:20, then departing Jaipur at 04:05 to arrive in Sharjah at 05:45. Fares start from AED 250 for a one way trip, exclusive of taxes and surcharges with similar fares for return trips. Fares are based on supply and demand so book early to benefit from our lowest fares. Expatriates in the Middle East can now go home more often to visit friends and family. This new route also provides great potential for increased business and leisure travel between India and the Gulf especially as Jaipur is very well connected by road, rail and air to key cities in North, Central and Western India.
