Andhra Bank in Karama

Andhra Bank, which has over 1,200 branches in 21 states in India, has opened an office in Karama, Dubai, reported Gulf News. The office is the first overseas venture in the bank's 80 year history. The office will help speed up remittances sent by non resident Indians to families back home; any online remittances made through the exchange counters in the UAE will arrive in the accounts of the beneficiaries that same evening.
