Dubai walkathon, May 21

The United Nations World Food Programme's annual worldwide event, Walk the World, is taking place in Dubai on May 21, reported Gulf News. The 2.5km walkathon will commence at 8pm in Zabeel Park. The walk, organised by the WFP and TNT, the global mail and courier service, is part of a plan to eliminate child hunger by 2015.
