This is part of DUBAL's strategic long-term marketing initiative to enlarge its presence in the region as approved by His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Deputy Ruler of Dubai, UAE Minister for Finance and Industry and Chairman of DUBAL.

METEF attracted 435 exhibitors from 26 countries and 19,251 trade visitors from 70 countries during 2004.
'Such worldwide participation gives METEF a unique status and DUBAL an appropriate platform to seek new businesses as part of our long-term strategy,' said Mr. Murad.
The DUBAL stand at METEF will be manned by the company's marketing professionals who will provide visitors, clients and potential buyers with an insight into DUBAL's world-class capabilities and high quality aluminium through specifically-designed brochure, posters, video materials and leaflets. This will provide visitors comprehensive information on varied quality products currently being manufactured by the aluminium giant.

It is worth mentioning that DUBAL currently supplies its premium products to 300 clients in more than 44 countries worldwide.
METEF focuses on the production chain of aluminium and non-ferrous metals, from raw materials to machinery, plants, equipment, products and applications in extrusion, die-casting, rolling, surface treatment, machining and joining.
The exhibition also gives DUBAL the opportunity to network and interact with state of the art equipments manufacturers and raw materials suppliers.
