"This partnership is a perfect fit for us and will build the conference profile with nearly 60,000 subscribers of OBG's Emerging Market series which include top government officials, senior executives, CEOs, board members, country managers and finance directors across the region," said Alan Kelly, Project Director, Leaders in Dubai.

The theme for this year's Leaders in Dubai Business Forum is Change and Innovation, and the programme's seven headline speakers will include Lou Gerstner, former head of IBM, and Her Majesty Queen Noor of Jordan. Every speaker will appear live on stage at the event, which will be held in the Dubai International Convention Centre, November 28 - 29.

"There is major change sweeping across the region and this is reflected in our series which provides comprehensive overviews of each country's political and economic situation. This will be of great interest to delegates as it fits in with the theme of the conference,"

said Elizabeth Boissevain, Regional Director, Oxford Business Group.

"In addition, the publications review events and trends in all the major economic sectors, including banking, capital markets, insurance, energy, transport, tourism, real estate and construction, telecoms, retail and education.'
