Etisalat, du close to deal

UAE telcos Etisalat and du are expected to sign an agreement on competitive services and territories within 10 days, TRA director-general Mohammad Nasser Al Ganem told Gulf News. Meanwhile, the Saudi minister for telecommunications said the kingdom would issue a third mobile licence in 2006.
