No slowdown in Dubai market

United Arab Emirates: Saturday, May 20 - 2006 at 15:00

Real estate experts are forecasting no slowdown in the demand for housing in Dubai for the rest of the year, despite the prospect of 30,000 new residential units coming on to the market during that time, reported Emirates Today. Andrew Chambers, Managing Director of Asteco, said that 250,000 people moved to the emirate last year alone and so demand is still far outstripping supply.
