Empost signs agreement with General Directorate of Naturalisation and Residence of Al Ain to deliver processed documents to clients

'Jawaz' is an express courier service that collects and delivers passports directly to the customer's home or office.

Customers of the Department can also opt for 'Ameel', a complete PRO service where Empost will collect applications from the public, submit the same to the Immigration Department, and deliver processed transactions to the customer. The documents will be delivered to the customer within 48 hours, with express transactions taking just 24 hours.

Empost's agreement with the General Directorate of Naturalization and Residence of Al Ain to provide 'Ameel' and 'Jawaz' services follows a similar agreement with the General Directorate of Naturalization and Residence to provide these services in Abu Dhabi.
