Light House project scam

The developer of the Light House project in the Dubai Marina has absconded leaving investors in these off-plan apartments facing $4m in lost deposits, reported The Sunday Times. Only the foundations of the 15-storey building have been completed, and around 90 deposits have been paid, reported the newspaper.
