Dunlop develops special tyres for Thunder Arabia

Dunlop Motorsport are proud to support Thunder Arabia Middle East (TAME) Championship, which is taking place in Bahrain from April -December 2006 running 7 rounds and 14 races throughout this period.



For logistical support Dunlop Motorsport worked closely with Abdulla Yousif Fakhro & Sons, who provided the tyres for the highly rated 2006 Thunder Arabia Middle East Championship.

Dunlop have developed special tyres for the series that allows ultimate performance and maximum safety.

The grand success of the first race, which involved 20 ZIP Formula Ford cars with ZETEC Ford engine (1600cc and 130hp), commenced on 14th April 2006, bears testimony to the excellent performance of Dunlop tyres under demanding conditions.

For logistical support Dunlop Motorsport worked closely with Abdulla Yousif Fakhro & Sons, who provided the tyres for the highly rated 2006 Thunder Arabia Middle East Championship. Abdulla Yousif Fakhro & Sons are the exclusive distributors of Dunlop Tyres in the Kingdom of Bahrain.
