Woman Today, Qatar's first and only working woman's magazine will celebrate its 1st anniversary with a festival at Ritz Carlton, Doha.
Scheduled for 25th & 26th of August 2006, this festival will invite premium lifestyle brands, to set up pavilions and showcase their products/services. In addition to which various activities like Fashion Shows, Fashion Tips, Hair & make up tips, Tae Kwan Do Classes, lessons in Self Defence, Fitness Tips, and Dance lessons are also planned. Performances of local musicians, bands and dance troupes are also scheduled. Entry to this Festival would be by invitation only, sent to a select database.
Ritz Carlton Doha is the official host, and this first of its kind event has already attracted many premium brands who have signed on to be partners.
Speaking about the event Ravi Raman (Business Manager) said "Our dream for the festival is very simple, offer a multitude of experiences to our readers and guests. Something they always wanted to do but never had the time to do it. The reaction from our readers and sponsors has been fantastic and we look forward to welcoming them at the festival".
