Investcorp, US property portfolio

Investcorp is promoting a real estate investment portfolio that invests in Texas property. The US Retail Properties IV has invested in 29 properties valued at $388m, which are 93% occupied. Investcorp says investors can expect a 9% average cash yield on top of potential capital gain on exit.
