The exciting event, the first of its kind in Bahrain, drew huge crowds who were delighted with Batelco's entertaining efforts.

Four international abseil professionals scaled down the side of Batelco Commercial Centre in Manama amidst a light and sound show, to introduce Batelco's latest service 'Transfer Credit to any SimSim' to the public.

Batelco's customers will be happy to know they don't have to go such heights to use this great new service which offers two new methods of refilling any SimSim account.

The new methods will prove very useful and convenient for customers who want to transfer credit from one SimSim account to another SimSim account in Bahrain or refill the SimSim account of anyone in Bahrain or travelling abroad.

The first of these two methods enables customers to transfer any amount of credit from their existing SimSim call credit to any other SimSim account, by sending an SMS to number 4554 with the text - "t" followed by a space, then the amount of credit to be transferred followed by space, and the "SimSim Mobile number" to be credited . For example to transfer BD 7 from one account to another, send an SMS to 4554: "t 7 39xxxxxx". With this method you can transfer any amount starting from BD1 up to BD200 to any SimSim account.

The second method is by using a SimSim refill voucher. Simply send an SMS with the text "r" followed by a space, "13 digit voucher number", space, then the "SimSim mobile number" to be credited. For example to refill using voucher number 1234567891234, send an SMS to 4554 with the text: "r 1234567891234 39xxxxxx".

Both the sender and receiver will be notified by an SMS message that the transaction has been completed successfully.

"In demonstrating its unrivalled commitment to customers, Batelco has enhanced its SimSim payment options for the added convenience of pre-paid customers," said Batelco General Manager Corporate Affairs Ahmed Al Janahi.

"Batelco listens to its customers and continuously updates its services and products to offer an improved customer experience," he added.
