Horizon gets Tangier deal

Morocco has awarded a consortium, headed up by UAE based Horizon Terminal Limited, a licence to develop and run an oil terminal at Tangier port, reported Reuters. The 25 year licence allows the consortium to invest $66.4m to build a storage facility with a capacity of 308,000 cubic metres. Horizon, which has a 34% stake, will run the facility once it opens.
