Oman plans Duqm refinery

Oman's government is planning to build a new refinery at Duqm, reported the Times of Oman. The project would be the third refinery in the country and it is thought capacity would be in the region of 200,000 bpd. The Oman Refinery Company is also expanding its output from 85,000 bpd to 106,000 bpd.
