Pay bills over the phone in UAE

Etisalat subscribers will soon be able to pay their utility bills through their mobile phones, reported Gulf News. An official at DEWA said that the company wants its customers to be able to pay its bills simply and quickly. Etisalat is in the final stages of setting up the new facility, which will be available through mobiles and the internet.
