Over the three days of the exhibitions, industry experts will deliver a series of seminars, where they will share their knowledge and expertise on a diverse range of industry-related topics. All seminars are free of charge.

At InRetail, the 'Innovation InRetail' seminars will be a chance to hear about some of the cutting-edge innovations that lie in store for this ever-evolving and dynamic industry. Topics will include storebranding and neuromarketing, multi-participant loyalty programmes, the future of brand architecture, facilities management and the measurement of service delivery, including mystery shopping.
