- PRESS RELEASE
Located in Jebel Ali Free Zone, FINE Hygienic Paper FZE, part of Nuqul Group, Jordan, which is one of Middle East's leading industrial groups, in a strategic move, has outsourced its leadership training and development of 20 of its senior and fast track managers and supervisors, to the region's well established consultancy firm, Global Management Consultants, who will be responsible for the design and delivery of over 4 months training initiative.
"We have worked with several service based companies in the past on the same lines and ensured that the leadership skills and business goals are achieved through the training and development of the employees. We have carefully designed the 4 months program with an upbeat over all theme "Projecting & Living MARKET LEADERSHIP - Changing the way the game is played" to address these challenges."
During the training program, Global's partners will also be offereing their services: Inscape Publishing, offering a DiSC-based profiling system, to make managers more aware of their personal and professional profile, Business Tools for Innovation, to better align managers with FINE's bottom line goals, and James Magee, CEO and Founder of the UAE CEO Club, to assist the managers through out their path towards leadership.
"At FINE, our major challenge is our growth. Our customer base is growing at as we speak. This means that our leadership front has to be solid to harness such growth based challenges," said Salwa Labban, Assistant Human Resources Manager of FINE, Dubai.
"No quick fixes will help us. We needed a deeper solution to our managerial challenges. Hence, the choice of Global Mnagement Consultants, who have demonstrated the sensitivity towards our leadership challenges, and understands its impact on our organization's exponential growth."
"Essentially, focused and deliberate leadership is a key element in the success of any company. This customized training programme will help the managers of FINE to maximize their leadership potential by equipping them with sound competencies which will help them empower, delegate, guide, communicate, discipline and develop their team members more effectively," said Labban.
'Recent in-depth one to one meetings, conducted by Global Management Consultants, revealed that most of the executives lack "self awareness". That's the missing ingredient. Emotional intelligence, another significant aspect, which plays a much larger role than what most people realize. In today's time, Managers and supervisors who are better aware of their strengths and weaknesses and are willing to work on them tend to be better leaders," reaffirmed, Ms. Salwa Labban, Assistant HR Manager of FINE Hygienic.
The participants of the training programme will be awarded a course completion certificate of competence at a graduation ceremony which will be held after the completion of the training programme. The certificates will be issued by Global Management Consultants in conjunction with FINE Hygienic Paper FZE, UAE.
