Al-Kurdi Group selects ATG to supply Green Land with under floor heating system

Al-Kurdi Group, which is currently implementing the pioneering residential project, Green Land, signed on Saturday, May 13 an agreement with the Arab Technical Group (ATG) under which the group undertakes to supply the project with an under floor heating system, boilers and accessories.
The ATG is the pioneering supplier of under floor heating systems in the Kingdom. It has partnered since 1979 with the Swedish manufacturer Uponor Wirsbo, which is number one company in the world in this field which it has dominates since 1969.
Uponor Wirsbo's system was brought to Jordan by ATG and has since then been used in thousands of projects, including mansions, villas, universities, hospitals, malls, compounds and others.
Mr. Al-Kurdi commented on the agreement by saying, "the undisputable fact in the business world is that outstanding products are not perfect unless they are coupled with outstanding services. Therfore, we have chosen ATG to supply the project with Uponor Wirsbo's under floor heating system. This comes, in fact, in line with our policy regarding Green Land, whose name is synonymous to class, luxury and excellence."
Mr. Bassem Farraj commended Al-Kurdi Group's choice of this particular system, which is the best to offer Green Land's residents because it ensures them high level comfort, let alone its other qualities such as lower operation cost compared to conventional systems and the ability to utilize the entire space. He noted that ATG offers full guarantee of the system.
Located in Marj Al-Hamam, Green Land boasts luxurious residential designs supported by the main services and entertainment facilities that satisfy all tastes at suitable and competitive prices.
The JD 660 million projects, which extends over 1100 dunums, includes two phases, the first of which covers 400 thousand square meters and includes 500 residential units, while the second phase covers 700 thousand square meters.
