Batelco Human Resource & Services Unit ignites the talents of network staff

Batelco Human Resource & Service Unit continues with its efforts to ensure delivery of world class services that not only meets but exceeds customers' expectations.

To achieve this goal, the company is investing huge amounts of money in providing its workforce with professional training. Recently, as part of the Company's Graduate Training Programme, a group of Network Department staff completed a technical training programme that covers the advanced telecommunications technology of the Core Network.

"The information and knowledge that this course offers is essential for Batelco senior technical controllers that enables them in building Batelco's future Core Network," said Batelco Head of Corporate Affairs Ahmed Al Janahi.

"Training Batelco staff and igniting their talents is one of the Company's primary goals. Batelco is adopting a far-sighted training policy that makes professional training available for their workforce to ensure leverage on competitors in terms of innovative products and quality of service," he added.

The course was supervised and coordinated by Batelco Human Resource Training Department GT Training Coordinator Masalek Al-Haddad and held at Batelco Training Centre in Hamala.

The graduate trainees are Rashid Mohammed A.Rahman, Waleed Khalid Al Shomili, Ammar Mohammed Saleh and Yasser Mohammed Al Rayyas.

The graduates were congratulated by Batelco Human Resource & Service Unit general manager Shaikh Ahmed Al Khalifa who expressed his pleasure at their achievements.
