NBO, home loan product for all

National Bank of Oman, the country's second largest bank, has introduced a housing loan product, Al Manzel, which is open to all GCC citizens and expats, according to the Times of Oman. The product offers up to 80% mortgages on terms of 25 years. No principal repayment is required in the first couple of years.
