A team of highly specialized and trained Far Eastern Chefs from Indonesia, Thailand & India ensure that the original unique flavor and taste of the dishes are maintained with the judicious use of specially imported spices and sauces. Real taste of the Shrimp Biryani, Lamb Vindaloo, Achari Tikka & the Del Makhani are some of the authentic attestations of the Silk Road's sample menu.
