Vacheron Constantin opens first boutique in Middle East

Vacheron Constantin launched its first boutique in the Middle East at the Mall of the Emirates, Dubai and marked the occasion with a spectacular opening ceremony.
The ceremony was attended by Juan-Carlos Torres, CEO, Vacheron Constantin, who flew in from Geneva to exclusively attend this event. Torres said, "The inauguration of this boutique marks a noteworthy milestone for Vacheron Constantin for many reasons. Firstly, we have a long history with the Middle East because of the vast clientele, constituting prestigious clients and connoisseurs who have come to us since 1863 with requests for customized watches for kings, national leaders and royal families".
"In addition, the opening of this boutique is in keeping with the spirit of the brand, which is to travel the world and reach out to those who share our values. And this spirit is evident in the ambience of our boutiques set according to the standards of our founding store in Geneva".
"Lastly, continuing to open boutiques 250 years after the brand was founded underscores the vitality of our brand and the positive reception by its esteemed clientele".
Mr. Abdul Aziz Al Fardan from Al Fardan Jewels & Precious Stones, the Vacheron Constantin Official Distributor in the U.A.E, expressed his pleasure of being part of the ceremony and said, "The opening of this boutique is a wonderful achievement for Vacheron Constantin and will surely add to the remarkable history and reputation of the brand".
The most notable feature of the new boutique is the display of the products set in an ambiance that honors the brand's unique tradition of comfort, quality and security. The boutique exudes warmth and luxury with its naturally calming interiors that boasts mahogany wood, brass and beige leather furnishings. Designed with the interior designer Eric Maria, EMA Architectures, Switzerland, the interiors of the boutique are a dedication to the art of lifestyle defining designs of Vacheron Constantin.
In honour of the opening ceremony, the boutique displayed some of the most outstanding novelties from the last Geneva Fair 2006 along with special jewellery timepieces collections and the latest 2006-07 collection. Additionally, the boutique will be offering a special collection of timepieces that would be of great interest to watch connoisseurs and collectors.
The boutique at the Mall of the Emirates, Dubai marks a year since the 250th year anniversary of the Manufacture itself. Vacheron Constantin timepieces are available in 15 illustrious boutiques all over the world, where some of the greatest watches collections are immortalized by the brand to be remembered by the present and coming generations...
