Bahrain Business Women's Society gets to grips with Riffa Views property development project

A leading group of businesswomen - heading some of Bahrain's top organizations - have underlined the key role of real estate development in enhancing Bahrain's attractiveness for foreign investment.

During a recent familiarization visit to the head offices of Riffa Views' property development, Mona Almoayyed, Vice Chairwoman of the Bahrain Business Women's Society, and Managing Director of Y. K. Almoayyed & Sons, said: "Property development in the Kingdom is giving more young people the opportunity to benefit from the growth of their investment."

The Riffa Views property development is the first community to be built in Bahrain around a planned new golf course, which is to be designed by Arthur Hill/Steve Forrest & Associates. The 900-villa master planned project will provide a comprehensive range of sports, leisure and shopping facilities; including a Country Club, a high-end retail centre owned and managed by Bahrain's leading shopping mall operator, Seef Properties; and an international school managed by International School Systems, a global operator of educational facilities based in Virginia, USA.
