- PRESS RELEASE
British Airways has ensured travellers from Jordan, among a vast network of countries where the airline's services are offered, a unique experience starting from the moment they log in the section dedicated for their country at ba.com
One of British Airways key aims over the last years has been to make the booking process easier for customers by embracing the benefits of technology. When you visit ba.com homepage, go to the drop list of countries and choose Jordan to join the millions of people worldwide who have increasingly become more reliant on the airline's website as a major source of travel information accessible 24 hours a day.
The airline has created a programme that puts the customer in control. On Jordan's section, the left-hand drop menu takes you to every corner in a unique world of on-line travel services. Any question that might cross your mind will find an answer there.
Currently 81 percent of all journeys on British Airways are by passengers using an e-ticket, and these can now be used on about 150 routes or 70 percent of the network, and more routes are being added each month. Electronic tickets offer a whole host of advantages, foremost of which is that they are secure and hassle-free. These tickets cannot be lost because they are contained within British Airways electronic system; they can be e-mailed; they can be easily changed through the internet, and travellers do not need a 'replacement' ticket following any changes they make to bookings.
British Airways has also devoted considerable resources to the "Manage my Booking" section of the ba.com website which can be reached by entering the name and booking reference. The facility, which is now used by one in every three British Airways customers, can be used anywhere in the world regardless of whether the ticket has been booked online, by contacting the BA sales shop or through a travel agent.
You can also join the Executive Club (BA's frequent flyer program) and benefit from the advantages designed specially to please members of this program.
With customers around the world becoming more and more cyber savvy, British Airways is constantly improving its highly refined electronic system to make their travel experience easier and richer.
