Dubai-based conference and exhibition organisers, dmg world media Dubai Ltd and Streamline Marketing Group, today announced that trade visitors to their shows, due to take place on 4-6 June 2006 at the Dubai International Exhibition Centre (DIEC), will find a unique platform encompassing all aspects of the buildings' products and services supplies industry sector.

FM EXPO is the first trade show dedicated to facilities management covering operations, maintenance and management of our complete built environment.
FM EXPO and InRetail are both launch events.
The Hotel Show, the Middle East's leading supplies exhibition to the region's burgeoning hospitality and leisure sectors and Office Exhibition 2006, a premier event for the design and management of the office environment, are both now firmly established on the Dubai exhibitions calendar.
New at The Hotel Show this year will be an educational aspect as the organisers dmg world media Dubai Ltd recognise that hotels are not just about fixtures and fittings. It's a people industry where service plays an equal if not more important role than the aesthetics.
Lisa Steel, Managing Partner, The Change Associates, who is a speaker at 'Seven Star' Hotel Show Conference, stated: "Hospitality industry professionals deliver a service experience that attempts to create customer loyalty. To achieve this, management and staff must be highly trained and The Hotel Show is offering a series of practical workshops which will address areas such as Leadership, Delegation and Communication and provide participants with the relevant tools to enhance their delivery of service excellence."
The Office Exhibition 2006 is also holding a number of seminars under the banner 'Workplace Freedom' where leading international specialists will be sharing their expertise and knowledge on the latest developments and innovation in the workplace environment.
Jon Steiner, Executive Director, Cityspace, said: "The Office 2006 seminars will focus on the three core areas of our working life; workplace best practice, workplace design and ergonomics. Participants will learn about the need to create a motivating and productive working environment conducive to knowledge sharing, communication and innovation."
In total the four exhibitions will cover 27,000 square metres and the organisers are expecting over 10,000 trade visitors.
Nicholas Webb, Streamline Marketing Group remarked, "This year InRetail and FM EXPO will attract a host of new visitors and of course will benefit from visitors to The Hotel Show and Office Exhibition 2006 and vice versa. With so many major mixed use projects ready to break ground throughout the region and many more still on the drawing board, the growth potential for all of these events is immense."
